Worth saving! Update: not Borgo, but Dobiacco)

PostWarClassic reader Rien de Bruin just returned from a holiday in the Dolomites, which is a section of the Alps in northern-Italy. But more important to us is this picture he made of a small garage in the village Borgo where they seem very fond of old Lancia’s. Including this Flaminia saloon.  And not only that, old parts are used for many purposes, just look at the Beetle roof covering the missing shingles. Surely several of these project cars must be worth saving? We wouldn’t mind going there to look at ourselves. Only problem is… there are many villages in Italy named Borgo, but we couldn’t find one in the Dolomites. Well, perhaps that’s better, as we already have too many projects going on.
