Up to a new decade!

You may have noticed that – very slowly but equally surely – we are adding 1970s cars to our articles. Until some time ago, we mostly focussed on the 1950s and 1960s with PostWarClassics. The years closest to that of our sister website PreWarCar if you like. But as time moves on, even the 1970s are now way behind us. And we have noticed that cars from the era are starting to become more and more appreciated by classic car fans. Feel free to start a discussion on what can be called a classic car and what not, but won’t mingle in for this time. We believe the 1970s brought forth some of the greatest automobiles in time, which deserve a place here, too. Oh, and an additional benefit is that there is a plethora of fascinating photographs of cars (and girls, oh yes) available from this period in time. Just have a look at the Friday Lady above…

Although there are also plenty of enthusiasts for cars of the 1980s, we are not so sure about these yet. Leave alone the 1990s. So, there we go. Don’t worry, we will continue writing about cars from the 2; 2 ½ decades right after the war. But we’re stretching up the later times, too. Feel free to add your opinion below here.
