Tough to Crack Car Puzzle # 32

We're sure the basic shape of our quiz car looks very familiar to you. It is what you think it is and yet it isn't. Only two were made by an artist who hoped to sell a lot of them. It didn't happen. We have taken off the logo on the front or else it would be too easy. We expect lots of answers on this one, so be sure your explanation of "what, where and by whom" stands out from the crowd.
