It’s time to ask our bi-weekly question again: what car is this? To help you on your way we will give you a hint or two. Or three. This big and sporty two-seater was conceived with the goal to reach a 200km/h top speed in style. Born in a country far from here, all of its components were locally produced. The unveiling took place in November 1964 and the car was received with excitement. But as so often, customers had to hold their breath for a long time before the production model reached the showroom. And when that finally happened it soon became clear that a huge loss was made on every car sold. And so it remains a rare sight, even in its home country. Remarkably a well-known British car, looking similar in some ways, was introduced just after the production of this car ended…
