Somewhere near the beach

Sometimes readers send us a postcard, which we always like very much. This one comes from the collection of Dutch historian Frans Vrijaldenhoven and, judging by the subject, he knows exactly what we like. Probaly taken in the South of France, the picture sure shows a beautiful Cadillac, a 1949 model and the chrome trim at the front fender identifies it as a Series 62.
