One of our favourite subjects are old postcards with cars depicted. No matter how small the cars, no matter how poor the printwork, we are always hungry to ID anything on wheels. Or better to find vehicles on the postcards that we cannot ID at all. A most terrible & equally satifying emotion, haha!  Here another chance to check Main Street, Waterloo. We just found that the red brick building is still there...

Old postcards are always nice to look at. This one we found among a whole batch of holiday cards. It’s the Main Street in Waterloo, a small town in New York State. Judging by the parked Ford Falcon on the left we think the photo was taken early 1960s although the other cars look much older. We recognize a Kaiser and a Buick, but can you add further details?
