Spotted: Non existing Saab 96 Cabriolet (UPDATE II: a 'Targa' as well)

We received photos showing this (probably) one-off two stroke Saab 96  through Hans Horwitz. As it was impossible to contact the car's owner nothing is known about the coachbuilder or history. Can you help?
