Look closely: a rooftop '59 Buick Invicta? (Upd. Le Sabre)

A '59 Buick Le Sabre is a rare sight in  Holland. The typical late fifties fintail to expect is a Chevy Impala. Still, even those you won't see often as rooftop decoration on a canalhouse. We wonder if this could be one of the rare socalled "Invictas" the special version with deeper sitting suspension plus a long list of nonsence extra's  which will make the Buick afficionado drewl from envy. Can you tell?
