Job van Huizen shot this picture during Christophe Pund's little family party in northern France recently but didn't manage to get close at that time. Since then the car has puzzled Job and yes, he is aware of the fact that a countless number of racing specials were made by Gordini and other french engineering artisans. He just has no idea where to start a search. Well, of course the event decal numbered 233 should help. Upon closer inspection that refers to 20-12 September 2003 'Festival Automobile Historique'. But when you check the other side of the car... you'll find number #327..! 4-5 July 2009, LM Story Le Mans Bugatti. And aside that you will see a characteristic part of the front wheel suspension. Is it a front wheel drive perhaps Possibly somebody recognises at least that! Which could bring us a lot closer to solving this small riddle.
