Tough to crack: car puzzle #66

An "Englishman in Italian suit" is nearly a cliché  in car journalism. The cliché however should be turned around for this quiz car. One could say it is an Italian in British attire, however it is not that simple. Like the car the truth is gray so to say. It is an early eighties coupe of which only two cars made it to the road. The pictured car is now under the cunning hands of a european restorer of italian cars. By far the most costly problem is to have made a set of glass for the car while not any spares or molds are available. Maybe an interesting sponsoring option for Mr. D'Ieteren's firm Carglass?
