Capture the Spirit

Dutch painter Cor van Dalen likes both pre- and postwar cars and enjoyes to rally them intensively and meeting likewise fascinated people. These meetings also inspire him to put down his ideas on oil and canvas. In his words: “A painting is more than an impression of an automobile, it captures it’s spirit.” One example of his work is this Traction languishing in a field but we also like his Volvo Barnfind.
