Birthday procession kicks off on Porscheplatz

In celebration of 125 years of the german car (*) three car brands based in Baden-Württemberg, Germany will be teaming up to stage a car procession through the streets of Stuttgart. Audi, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche are bringing a total of 125 vehicles, in some cases with well-known race drivers at the wheel. Next Sunday, May 8th, the procession gets under way at 11.00 a.m. at the Porsche museum. Leading the parade will be Dr. Wolfgang Porsche in the first Porsche prototype, the Type 356 “No. 1”, developed by his father Ferry Porsche in 1948. If you’re in the neighborhood, don’t miss it!
