Alps and Wine do mix!

We’ll have to wait another six weeks before the start of the ‘Vino Miglia’. This year will see the eight version of this Wine Road Rally, which will go through five European countries. The 2,000-kilometer journey is divided into seven daily stages and included several Alp crossings like the Grimsel Pass (2,165 m), Nufenen Pass (2,478 m), Ofen Pass (2,149 m), the Timmelsjoch with 2509 meter and the Hahntennjoch (1,909 m. After a hard day’s driving, the participants will be revived by getting a taste of the local wines and at the end of these seven days, the overall leader gets the prize and who knows, maybe even a winners kiss from Karen Storck, the Wine queen!
