A most entertaining traffic jam in Paris

Traffic jams arguabbly as old as Paris itself. And even the opening of the periferique in the 1920s didn't bring the relief that was hoped for. It is a continuous stuggle between roads and the ever growing crowds of tin...  Yet once a year nobody cares about a 'bouchon'.  And that day alone nobody is waiting to see the overhead signs change into 'fluide'. Everybody, both public and drivers enjoy the endless string (600, 700 last year?) of classics crosssing Paris.
