A Kiss & Go area Mystery.... ( update: 1958 Chrysler Windsor ! )

A recent snapshot find. As it is just a small print our first thought was that is was nothing more than a few cars parked along a street in Liege, Bruxelles? More interesting is what we found upon closer inspection. It's a small head-tail meeting of a 1960(?) Beetle and a big American fish. Probably pretty ignorant in your view, but we couldn't make up which model. '57 De Soto (no), '58 Mercury (no), '58 Plymouth (no) . Please help us out of this misery.  We're being watched by a dark glassed agent(?)
