The Land Rover 110 Soft Top is a classic example of British off-road engineering, renowned for its rugged design, versatility, and exceptional capability in challenging terrain. Part of the original Land Rover Defender lineage, the 110 takes its name from its 110-inch wheelbase, providing a balance of stability, cargo space, and manoeuvrability. The soft top variant features a durable canvas roof supported by a lightweight frame, offering an open-air driving experience that enhances its utilitarian appeal. Powered by a range of diesel or petrol engines depending on market specification, the 1989 model was commonly equipped with the ultra-reliable 2.5 litre diesel engine. Originally registered on 13th January 1989, this Land Rover has been extensively restored, repainted in Land Rover Heritage Green and retrimmed in tan leather. The rear of this Defender has six inward facing seats, making this a nine-seater in total. Mechanically these vehicles are very robust and this example with its 2494cc diesel engine is no exception. The car started immediately when requested and we are advised this Land Rover drives with no known faults. Supplied with a V5 registration document, a current MoT test certificate valid until 1st December 2026 and a history folder.
