Vintage & Prestige is proud to offer this lovely 1965 Triumph TR4 LHD.
This 1965 Triumph TR4 presents in very nice and tidy condition inside out, drives smoothly, and sounds lovely, as proper British sport cars should do.
Having spent most of its life in Texas and California, this TR4 is completely rust-free and hasn’t seen much rain in its life. The current owner resides in Portugal and happily drove the car with the top down from Algarve to our showroom in Northampton, covering almost 900 miles, all done faultlessly and comfortably.
This lovely Triumph TR4 has had upgraded carbs, going from the US Strombergs to European SU’s, market-leading 123 Electronic ignition, a new steering rack, track rod ends, and a lot more work carried out recently to bring it up to spec.
Mileage is believed to be genuine at 74000 miles, and it’s easy to understand why; this Triumph TR4 really drives well, sounds incredible, and holds the road as it was intended the day it left the factory.
The interior is in excellent order, and so is the roof, which doesn’t present rips or tears and is nice and snug on its frame.
Having covered the recent trip from Portugal, we are confident to say that this 1965 Triumph TR4 is ready to be seen and driven away from our showroom in Northampton.
